I was the first appointment on a Saturday. We arrived less than 10 mins early, and the door was unlocked. We walked in and were told to give the associates in the back with curling irons in their hair ‘just a few minutes’. After more than a few minutes, we were given a lukewarm welcome and shown to our room. The associate helping me try on dresses was the best part of my experience. Otherwise, I was rushed to leave when my appointment time was almost up (when we finally arrived to our dressing area, it was 15 mins into my appointment). I did not feel welcome from the get go. This was my first experience trying on wedding dresses, and it took me a long time to work up the desire to try again somewhere else. I felt like an inconvenience the entire time, and so did my mother and sister in law. Associates were very aloof and came off uninterested in customers. This is the first review I’ve ever written, and it’s not because I want to be mean. I just truly don’t want any other brides to have the same negative experience I did.

I originally wanted to go to twirl as opposed to a store in a bigger city because of the dress lines they carry and the good reviews i saw. I've been to Twirl twice now and both times it was a mediocre experience at best. The first time i went was to try on wedding dresses and while they did let me try on a lot of dresses i got the feeling i was a bit of an inconvenience. Like i felt like i had to keep apologizing. When i asked to try on more dresses from downstairs i was told i didn't need to try on too many because i would get confused. I get that but it did make me feel as though I was on a time limit. I decided to give it another try and take my bridesmaids back because the dresses they had looked really cute. Maybe the first time i went the girl was having a bad day? Yesterday i took my bridesmaids and my out of town family in to look at bridesmaids dresses. I was looking over the wedding dresses i had wanted to try on the last time i was in and when we asked if i could try on a few (I'm talking like 1 or 2 dresses) they said no because they had another appointment coming in. We at the point had roughly 10 minutes left in our allotted 1 hour appointment time. When you are spending 3-5k on a dress, and very willing and able to pay more, i would hope to be treated a little better. No refreshments were offered. Same story as the first time... treated as though we were an inconvenience. Its a shame because the store itself is cute as a button. Unfortunately we will not be back.

Only had a certain (small) size of every dress and did not have a good selection to choose from. Also refused to allow bride to try on a few just for giggles. One part that bothered me the most was it was half-down nonrefundable to put an order in on the dress, up to 4 months for delivery and outsourced alterations? Surely you could afford to carry multiple sizes of each dress and not expect your consumer to front everything financially and hope the dress will look good. Not very impressed from a consumer standpoint, needs a new business model if they want to stay relevant, invest in your future consumers a bit more.

I had the absolute best experience you could possibly have. This was my first time trying in wedding dresses and that can sometimes be very stressful because you're not sure what you want. My consultant was very helpful and patient with me in helping me find the right style for me. I also had a larger group with me and they were not at all rude about having to accommodate a larger group than they would regularly recommend. If you're looking for a small more intimate place but a great dress selection definitely give twirl a shot.

Unless you look a certain way, hold your nose at the proper high angle and act like a snob, stay away from this place! We had an appointment and arrived about 10 minutes early. We expected to wait until our appointment time. We weren't greeted when we walked in even though there was someone at the receptionists area. She didn't even bother to look up. We sat down quietly. About 30 minutes AFTER our appointment time had passed, someone actually spoke to us to let us know there would be a wait. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! The dress selection was pitiful at best and I happened to notice the sizes were nearly all in the 0-4 size range. What about regular sized brides or full-figure brides?? What do larger girls do when they can't get into the dresses to get an idea of what they look like? The girl who waited on us was also waiting on another bride and did not balance this very well. Several of the other customers were offered something to drink (water, wine, whatever) and a snack. We were not. Our little group was multi-cultural, so maybe they have a problem with people like me. Maybe my $165 jeans and $400 boots didn't give them the impression that I could afford to buy my daughter whatever dress she wanted. Who know? BUT, I wouldn't recommend this little snotty shop to anyone.
