I went to see dr. monohan and i felt rushed during my appointment. I was asking her some questions but i jist felt she did not take full time to andwer the questions. I wish the doctor had a little more time available for me.

Loved the staff and Dr. Martin. Very pleased with the visit and that he knew some American sign language. That helped put my husband and I at ease since my husband is profoundly deaf. They made us feel very at ease with our questions and our visit.

I had an appointment at 3:20 , arrived at 3:10 and was waiting until after 5pm until I got too frustrated and demanded a refund and left. I asked the lady behind the front desk what the purpose in making the appointment was and she said "I don't know. This is unacceptable". This place is an absolute joke. People were in and out while I was sitting in a waiting room for almost 2 hours. There were nurses leaving because the place was officially closed and they still had about 15 patients waiting in the waiting room. I will NEVER come back here and I would highly recommend to everyone to find ANYWHERE else to go.

Lousy service and expensive. I got charged $245 to get a referral. When I called the billing department to ask why I was charged so much for a simple visit they explained that they inflate their prices since they know insurance often covers it. The national average is $50-$200 for a doctor office visit in the US according to Google, this place isn't worth the extra cost. If I was treated like a patient and not a client I could get the extra cost but this place didn't seem to care much, just get you in and get you out. I do not recommend this to anyone and I will not be returning.

It took about nine months to find a doctor to treat me when I moved to Kentucky. I drive an hour to get here. I have so many conditions I can't count them on two hands so many doctors deny me, they are scared. I have seen two different directors now, one of which knows about one of my rare conditions. I wasn't turned away. I haven't had to wait in the waiting room for an extended time and even if that happens it's not unlike any other doctor. Emergencies happen. Everyone in the office is kind and knowledgeable. I don't mind driving an hour for this office. I hope nothing ever changes.
