I would like to take a few minutes to thank everyone who took care of me. I went in for outpatient surgery on October 6th. Everyone from the registration process you the nurses were outstanding. Angie was the nurse who took care of me most of the time, and she is AMAZING!! She handed me off to the nurse who took me to surgery (I think his name was Cameron) who was awesome and made me feel relaxed while taking me to surgery.

I couldn't have asked for a better hospital staff to be overseeing me. You guys work great as a team, and have great people skills which really makes a difference.

Thank you for all you did for me.

My mom was cured the last time she came here so I brought her back thinking it would be another positive experience, boy was I wrong!
I told them that mom needed IV antibiotics because the oral ones didn't work on her, I think she had them for a couple of days.
She was still showing signs of her UTI which they said was dementia, even after I explained that mom has a very mild form of dementia and seeing things that aren't there is not a part of It!
When they squeezed all that they could financially they were ready to discharge her, pray you Never get Sonya as a case worker, she is undoubtedly the meanest, rudest woman you will ever come across!!
She reported me to Adult Protection Services for "abandoning" my mom because I filed a complaint with Medicare that they were discharging my mom too soon!!!!
I will Never be back to this "hospital" from Hades!!

My first experience with KentuckyOne/Saint Joseph East has been amazing! I'm in Physical Therapy for an injury that didn't receive complete care with another PT group in Lexington. While disappointed that my recovery was delayed - I am confident I am getting the best care possible now. The PT group as Saint Joseph East is top notch - and I cannot say enough good things about my therapist, Stephanie Turner. While I hope to not need PT in the future, if it comes to pass, I will not hesitate to return.

I went in on 8/2/2017 for a total knee replacement. Dr. Wardle was the one who did my surgery, he is an excellent doctor. The nurses & physically therapy lady was excellent.

I wont even score this place took Mom to the ER Sunday the 18th she fell at home they said no broken bones put her in a room and just found out the nurse said she had a broken rib. Did not even get washed off for 5 days. Put her on the bed pan and left her for an hour. Sat her up in a chair and left her she called and said she was about to pass out and they told her to call them when she felt better. My Mom is 82 and has a sound mind she can tell you everything. She had broth for 4 days before she got a meal. She cant see the menu to order so I have been ordering her food for her. They bring it in and she cant reach it she got to her spoon and finely got some cream of wheat on it when I got there she had it all over her chest and mouth and the nurse was standing there and she did not even bother to clean her up. If she don't get sent to the rehab center Monday she will be out of that hell hole. Had to give 1 star to post would not have gotten that.
