Lexington OB/GYN has been nothing but wonderful for the duration of my pregnancy! From the time I walk in to the time I leave, I feel like the employees really care about my health and the health of my baby. The front desk is always pleasant and happy to answer any questions I have about my visit, and I have never experienced a long wait time for my appointment. At other offices I have had to wait up to 2.5 hours and that has never happened here! Most importantly, I feel comfortable with the nurses and clinicians I have interacted with. This is my first pregnancy and I have a lot of questions, along with a few unusual symptoms, and the employees never make me feel like my concerns are stupid or invalid. Furthermore, I always get a quick call back when I need to speak to a nurse over the phone, despite the office being busy. All in all, I am so glad I chose Lexington OB/GYN for my care, and I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to be treated like more than just a number on a chart.

Lexington OBGYN Associates is a warm and welcoming practice. I had high blood pressure throughout my pregnancy and they took every precaution. The physician spoke to me at length about my questions and concerns each visit. Nurses readily returned all my phone calls within a very short time. The front desk staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. My experience in labor and delivery was wonderful. The nurses were encouraging and kind. My delivery was quick and easy. I recommend this practice to all women.

From my experience the attention to personalized care is worth the wait! My doctor has delivered me both times so I never mind to wait when they communicate to me he is at a delivery. I love nurse Robin and being able to call the phone nurse anytime was of great help during my pregnancy.

I recently transferred care to Lexington OB-GYN and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was helpful and friendly and Dr. Wells was very professional and down to earth. I’m glad I chose this practice.

I have been going here for years for annual exams. I’ve seen a variety of doctors/PAs with no improvemen in experience. Not only do the appointments seem very rushed, they are horrible about calling back about labs. One time it took 3 weeks for them to call and let me know about abnormal lab results. Also, forget about your medications being called into the pharmacy in a timely manner. I’ve never been able to pick up a prescription without trouble. It’s never called in even when they said it was. Very impersonal. Wouldn’t recommend.
