This is the absolute worst customer service I've experience in my life. After having an 11:15 appointment and sitting in the waiting room for an hour they take me back and tell me they need a urine test. I'm a new patient with no history of drug abuse, not only that but nobody told me I was getting a urine test so I hadn't had any water or anything. So obviously I can't give the nurse what she wants at this point. All I get is a dirt look and told to wait in the waiting room until I can. Shortly after that the receptionist puts out a sign saying they're leaving for lunch and won't be back until 1. So now my 11:15 appointment won't be seen until after 1pm? I finally just walked out.

Save your time, money, and nerves. Don't go here even if your life depends on it.

I absolutely LOVE this place it's way better than the place I use to go to!!! When I go there it feels like I'm being heard for the first time in years stuff is getting done and worked on!!!

The worst place to go for mental health. I used to go to Beaumont Behavioral, but I switched insurances and they directed me to this joke of a facility. It took me an hour and a half to be seen for my first appointment, which I didn't understand because I beforehand sent them all my insurance and needed info in the mail. Not only did it take that long for me to be seen, my doctor lowered my dosage by 100mg, when I had been on 200mg for FOUR YEARS, and that was included in the files I had faxed from my prior doctor. Then, I had an appt scheduled, drove all the way there (a 40 min drive for me), just to be told my doctor wasn't in that day. They failed to notify me that I needed to reschedule. After rescheduling, they called me the MORNING OF my rescheduled appt saying I needed to reschedule AGAIN, which I wasn't able to do immediately due to my work schedule. Now, I am trying to get a hold to finally be seen to get my new rx, (it's been about a month and a half since they cancelled my appts) and no one will answer the phone. By far the worst place to get treatment for mental health, if I could find another place that accepts my insurance, you can gurantee I wouldn't be going to this place.

Literally the worst professional service I have ever recieved. After an appointment the pyschiatrist will sit down in front of me and casually eat lunch before giving me everything i need to leave the office. Any time i speak with a receptionist they roll their eyes at me and sigh as if im inconveniencing them by giving them work and I have been nothing but polite to these people. Also if i leave paperwork for them to fill out, they will not complete it until i remind them moments before the deadline; and when i remind them before the dealine, they dont know what paperwork i am talking about. Im afraid im going to miss out on my short term disability check because of their negligence and unprofessionalism.

Will update if they ever fill out the paper work.

Very good service, have never waited more than 20 minutes for my appointment. I see Dr. Hamid and he is very thorough. Starts you on 2 subs a day, he is strict but that is to be expected when dealing with addicts. My ins. pays for everything (Passport). If you need help, I would. recommend.
