Great location and staff. We're very sad that it has been sold and closes at the end of June. It is a great location for UK football games and visiting our daughter at UK.

The hotel room was clean. The nearest restaurants are about a mile away. It's very loud here all night long. I was not placed it the main hotel but in an annex building. There is no courtyard or anything either.

Room is neat, but the walls make it seem old time. Bathroom is small and the shower has one big stream of water, not the best shower. Livable but not the best.

The University Inn Hotel was a great place. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast wasn't really much. Pastries, muffins, cereal, fruit and juice were all. But it was free. Staff were friendly. All in all, a nice place to stay.

The hotel was very clean and nice. It was close to the university and to downtown Lexington. Although they advertised a refrigerator it only has a cooler that only reaches 50 degrees. The continental breakfast was fresh and very well maintained. The gym was also very clean and had everything you would need for a good work out. The only downfall was that it was next to an emergency room so you may hear sirens at night.
