After contacting Kentucky Growers, an adjuster was sent out promptly to assess the damaged roof. He took pictures of the inside and outside. We had a pleasant conversation and he assured us that they would assist in the replacement of our roof! We were very pleased with their immediate response!

This company has taken payments for our house insurance for 10 years after storms in the spring it took 5 months for them to look at the damage and the appraise agent didn't even get out of his car.... Don't use this company
