On our policy, it was renewal month, we were told to send the money before 5:00 it was sent at 3:00 and they still cancelled us. We've had insurance through them for years. I guess we done with them

This company is the most unprofessional and lazy company I've ever dealt with. I just so happened to be cleaning out my wallet to discover at 11:30pm on 8/27/2017 my insurance was about to expire. I was able to get online and pay it before midnight. But I have called twice now trying to get a copy of my policy for my records and have been told; "it went out on 7/25/2017. No it didn't. And when I asked for another copy, "oh just go online and print one." IT IS NOT MY JOB TO DO YOUR JOB. I'll be looking for a new insurance company come February. Horrible customer service!!!
