This company is the worst!!!!! They won't cover common medicines, they require PAs on damn near every prescription requested. They constantly change their "formulary" listings like every week so members are forced to get PAs or take less effective medications that don't work. They do this to buy themselves time in paying for medications knowing people need them. Furthermore, they don't keep up to date records for addresses and member contact info, weather you've provided once or 3 times. This company is just lousy. All this could be resolved if they would quit jerking people around update information when it's given to them and stop playing insurance games! I WIll NOT continue supporting such a company that treats their members this way. Don't fall for their gimmicks. They are a terrible choice in health insurance.
