Fifth Third is by far the worst bank I've worked with. Horrible customer service, and they charge a fee for practically everything. I'll never bank with them again

Highly recommend this branch, there friendly and if you have a problem with your account they will try there best to solve it.

Fifth Third's personnel are just terrific when they're trying to sell you one of their products -- friendly, helpful, and downright perky. But if you have a problem with one of their services -- even after banking with them for years, even with a gobsmackingly large amount of money on deposit with them -- they send you here, they send you there, never answer your questions, and show no interest in maintaining you as a customer. I'm shopping for a new bank.
