Horrible service. Sat and waited for almost two hours for my prescription to be filled when they had first told me it would take 15 minutes. The pharmacist didn't know where any of the over the counter medications were. The pharmacy techs didn't know anything either. It seems like they were understaffed. One of the techs kept talking about how she hated her job and wanted to go home in front of the customers. Highly dissatisfied. Will not be returning.

I found the Pharmacy customer service to be fantastic! After talking to the Kentucky Clinic, my insurance company, and my doctor, they helped me figure out what I needed to do to get my medicine and were very friendly when I admittedly had no idea what I was doing or talking about. Thanks so much!

I was thoroughly concerned for my daughter's toothache because she was 37 weeks pregnant and could not get any relief without possible harm to my unborn grandson. Went into the pharmacy and spoke with Karen the pharmacist, who really seemed to empathize and want to help. She suggested a kit that contained the ingredients to get rid of her tooth pain without harmful stuff for the baby. Got home and followed the instructions and it worked completely. So happy we ran into her tonight! Thanks Karen!
