Disappointed. Website made it seem like this would be an internal med site. It's not. Friendly lady at desk though.

Absolutely the worst healthcare service. Most of the time you see a nurse practitioner, who seem to know more than the doctors and are more informative. I got a bill from them and it was so vague I had to call them and ask about it. When I asked about the copay which was nowhere on my bill, they said it didn't apply. Where did my 50 dollars go then? They act like it's your problem, not theirs and they are not about to explain anything in a way that makes sense. By the way, if you call them be prepared to wait on the phone at least ten minutes before you can speak to an uninformed human being. I will not be returning. UK HEALTHSCARE!
