We are moving out of state and there is no Kroger store where we are relocating. Our insurance will only pay for a 30 day supply, so I was deeply concerned about going without my cardiac medication until I could procure a cardiologist for a new prescription. When I contacted Kroger Pharmacy on Richmond Rd, KY I spoke with Cassidy and she was very helpful in getting my medications needed. I am very pleased and grateful!

solid and reliable service, but the wait inside is usually quite long. save yiurself some time and definitely make use of the drive thru.

If you're in pain this not a great pharmacy to have your meds right away..Was told it was gonna be a wait of 20 mns. After the wait time went to check and they said they weren't ready..I got my meds an hr later smh..They are very inconvenient!!

They are constantly messing up prescriptions, claiming it is the last refill when it isn't or that they don't have on record that a refill has been called in when it has. Even somehow confusing my insurance when it has been the same for years and all of a sudden charging more. How can they not keep any of their records straight? This is not a one time incidence.
