My visit to concentra urgent care. This was first time visit to an urgent care center. Employees were professional and friendly. Since I cut my hand at home I wanted to get stitches quickly and conveniently. Going to my regular doctor would be time consuming. I have to say I was impressed with all aspects which was exactly what I had hoped for. Dr. Ramirez was great. He worked quickly and made be feel I was in good hands. I like him so much I would ask him to be my primary doctor if I didn't have the same doctor for over 25 years. I hope I don't have another accident but if need be I would go again to Concentra.

Great experience. Really nice staff. Diagnosed correctly!!!!!! Quick and very efficient with the care provided to me. Very Pleased....

Staff was friendly and listened to me as I described my injury. I felt as though the Doctor truly listened to what I had to say about my injury and preferred treatment plan. The wait time was a little long but all urgent treatment centers have that problem. The wait is worth the service and they provide a variety of pod coffee in the waiting room.

Very respectful. Nice coffee. When time to take a hair sample. My hair was scalped now I have a bald spot for a while

Staff is very friendly and provided excellent care! Even though the waiting room was full, I felt I got in and out quickly.
