Ok. but sometimes find is a bit old and chips are sometimes stale. Not all staff are friendly/ attentive.

Really disappointed tonight. Bowl was really small...almost no rice...and so very soupy since there was no rice to absorb liquod from pico di gallo. Two people behind me actually asked for more...didn't know that was necessary. Flavor still good but stupid to reduce size like he did tonight. Maybe it isn't all chipotles but probably won't be back to this one.

I came into this location for a large quesadilla (just a tortilla and cheese) and asked if they would add a small amount of white rice. The lady told me that it would be charged for a burrito, which is about double the price. I asked if I could get the rice on the side for no charge and she said YES. When I reached the cashier I noticed that she had charged me another 90 cents for the side. I started to say something but she became very defensive about the charge. I didn't want to create more of a scene, so I paid it and left. Just thought someone should know about them nickel and diming people as much as possible.

Fresh ingredients. Nice presentation for cafeteria style dining. A bit pricey yet huge portion. The high ceilings and glass surround give a private yet open feel of Lex downtown.

We frequent this location often. The food is always good and fresh. I do feel they skimp on the scoops somewhat but it's never a problem to ask for more rice or beans.
