I used to love Cosi at Hamburg and came at lest once a week, but the portions have become so small that I can no longer justify spending 12-plus dollars on a meal and leaving so unsatisfied. I get a "taste two" with half sandwich or flatbread pizza and salad. When the food arrives, there is so much empty space on the plate that the food shifts all over the plate when the person brings it out. I know the national company recently went into bankruptcy but that is no excuse to stiff customers. On multiple occasions I have received my salad with absolutely no salad dressing. You also need to be more consistent with the sweet tea. It's either not sweet enough or too weak. They also dumped salt instead of sugar in the tea one time. However, the atmosphere is great with reliable wifi. With the large windows and airy space, it's wonderful for a 2pm lunch.

Fairly small menu but everything I've tried has been great. Their sandwiches come on flatbreads and taste very fresh. They also offer flatbread pizzas, salads, soups, and bowls.

I love Cosi the food and staff are great. The place is getting very worn though and they need an update. But they do provide delicious vegetarian options.
