I give it one star because the pizza was well made. I have worked for Donatoes many years ago and enjoy eating a med works anytime I am in town but much to my surprise the toppings have been changed to a less quality product and it shows it was just like eating pizza hut or papa John's! What disappointment.

Customer service was ok not the best but the food is what puts it on the map the food was sooo good we got some to take home for tomorrow

Worst pizza I've had in years. When I lived in Lexington, donatos was my favorite. There were shades of the past glory, but the crust was like cardboard and the pizza was barely warm. Delivery had extra charges, making a $14 medium pizza cost $18 + tip....way overpriced!!!
