Food is great but the staff often unfriendly and cops an attitude when I ask for small mods or come in with a big order. I think they have a ton of turnover. The online ordering system is horrible.

I understand that this restaurant is on a college campus and all, but college kids want to eat in clean places too. This is the dirtiest QDOBA restaurant I have ever been to. Had I noticed the "followup" score of 92 on their front door, (I can't imagine what the original score was) I never would have eaten there. First, the food was not fresh. My rice was dry and old. My chips had clumps of salt on them. My food was not fresh at ALL. The counters where the food is served was loaded down with food that probably fell out of their serving untensil and had not been cleaned. It was disgusting. The lettuce looked a bit wilted and was warm. The worst part was that a girl came in with her dog, got in line, ordered food and the workers never said a word!!!! That's enough for me to say no to QDOBA for good. I love my dog, but she cannot go to let alone inside of a restaurant. My suggestion...STAY AWAY! #doesntdeserve1star

Had a pleasant visit with a friend here for lunch. Service was fast friendly and with a smile. Will take my wife back. The ship tacos are to die for.

It is reasonably priced and reasonably clean. The burrito is pretty good, but might not necessarily blow anyone out of the water.
