Hot food tonight I used a coupon for a $1.99 rally champ combo. Service could be a little faster but it was Friday night and a nice cashier

This was only my second visit to this Rally's.
The staff are very hard-working, dedicated to their jobs, and diligent. Unfortunately due to the cramps space they're forced to work in the productivity grinds to a snail's pace at rush hour. Though this is no fault of theirs. The building is in dire need of renovation it needs to be increased in size for their sake and for the sake of the customers that are forced to stand in a cramped area waiting for their orders.
This though will in no way alter my review.
They are a very hard-working group. I watched as they came together. The young lady at the window that waited on me I apologize I did not have her name is the most well honed multitasker I have ever seen while not only just waiting on me she's able to maintain order with her crew hand take orders of those in the vehicles outside the window processing each one. It was spectacular to watch her in action this young lady deserves a promotion and pay raise for the work she puts in.
So if you're ever in this part of Lexington stop by at Rally's but my advice don't come too late at night or during lunch breaks. But when you do come you have to try the caramel cheesecake milkshake it is perfect.

The location is great and easy to access driving. The food was fast and fresh. I had several complicated orders and they were always made right the first time.
