Great Mexican place. Wait staff is really nice. Lunch specials are superb. FIVE STARS.

Hands down one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. We ordered an appetizer and two entrees. My girlfriend ordered two bean burritos, which the waiter had at least 10 questions about. "How would you like your burritos?" He even asked her if it came with sides. The waiter asked a customer what the customers order came with. Fifteen or twenty minutes later the appetizer came out along with my entree. Waiter made no mention of the other entree and walked away before I could ask him. At this point our drinks were already empty and sitting at the edge of the table. That is where they remained for the duration of our visit, never refilled. The other entree never even came out of the kitchen. The food that did come out was not good. Was never able to get the attention of our waiter, so I explained the situation to a waitress and asked for our check. She found our waiter, relayed my displeasure. He brings the check, no apology or mention of the poor service, and I give him my card. He returns and hands me A MECHANICAL PENCIL to sign the receipt with. Would give zero stars if it was an option. Would have rather had Taco Bell to be completely honest.

Great service and not to crowded like most places you try to eat at. Better food than most they other Rincon's in Lexington. It is on the second floor above Charlie Browns but there is no relation. Charlie Browns used to operate both floors but moved to the lower level in the late 70's early 80's. Since Rincon moved in this space it has rounded off the good experience for this area. So have a Tequila and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere provided by Rincon. Very bright and festive like Mexican Restaurants should be.
