Incredible experience. Wonderful haircut- a wicked pixie by Jill. Relaxing environment, even though they are doing some remodeling and the bonus services are delightful. Very pleased.

I was looking for a new hair salon to try and decided to try Joli because I read good reviews online. I really liked this place. They offer you coffee or water (which was a plus seeing as my appointment was at 9 in the morning). They also give scalp, shoulder, and hand massages during your treatment. They had a mix up with my appointment not being in the system, but they were very apologetic and still worked me into their booked schedule.

My stylist was Niki, and she was awesome! She did my eyebrows along with a wash, cut, and style. I've had issues with other salons cutting my hair much shorter than I wanted, and she listened to my concerns and did exactly what I asked her to. My hair looked great, and it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. The total cost of an eyebrow wax, a hair wash, cut and style, and the purchase of a $30 hair product ended up costing about $75. I will definitely keep going back. Any first-timers, ask for Niki, she's great!

This was my first experience here and it was amazing! I needed just a haircut and didn't want to pay anything to crazy and the prices here were very reasonable plus you get a neck, hand, and scalp massage all complimentary! Leann was amazing and my haircut came out perfectly and just what I wanted, I will deff be back!

Amazing service. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. I love coming here to get my hair done because I'm always treated so well and my hair is always done exactly how I want it.
