I switched to this practice after getting tired of high fees at places that I didnt feel like really had my pets interest in mind. I always feel like this practice goes above and beyond to explain to me information about my pet. The veterinarians never rush, they always take the time. My only complaint is that the front office staff is not always the most friendly. Sometimes they are rude, even on the phone to make appointments and cut me off. Not a reason that I would switch, but the demeanor of the vets definitely do not match their office staff.

The BEST Vet Clinic in Lexington hands down!! Dr. Headley and his staff have taken care and helped me and my husband take caste of several animals. What I like most is his approach to veterinary care ... no nonsense. He tells you like it is, what he'd do if it were his own dog. I've NO doubt that he has ALWAYS and will ALWAYS give my pets the best possible care to his ability as a healer. He's been with me & my husband thru lifting 3 wonderful senior dogs to The Bridge & a cat. The dogs lived very long lives, thanks to him and his guidance. The cat died during surgery, as sometimes will happen; but knowing Dr. Headley was with him during Simon's last moments is a big comfort. His compassion is endless, as well as his staff's. I look forward to introducing our next dog to him and his staff. My husband and I would have no other vet or vet clinic care for our pets.

Horrible Customer Service Skills. I called this clinic because my sick Dog isn't eating and needed some advice on what steps I need to take to try and get him back healthy. The lady immediately told me it would cost $50-400$ and she couldn't give advice legally. I began to tell her she was all about money because I have no problem paying that! Ask me my name show Some DAMN CONCERN! You guys should be ashamed !!!!!! Then she Hung up the phone! I still wanted my Dog to be seen! But thanks for nothing!!! To the lady that answered the phone Today !!! between 5:30 and 5:45 THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!! If you really don't care about the animals at least act like you do! Or do you only like Cats??? I also will be leaving a review on google considering that's where I found this clinic!

I can't say enough about Dr. Headley and his staff. We moved here from across the country with an aging dog who began to have significant issues when we arrived. His expertise helped us to turn her around, and his compassion, and that of his staff, helped us through the experience. What a wonderful animal clinic - we are blessed to have found it.
