The Truck we had rented could not have been more accommodating for our elite softball team to head up for a National Tournament all the way to North Dakota. Great service and phenomenal pricing. I will definitely be using Budget again for more rental needs in the future!

They called to tell @6pm to tell me I needed an extra 450$ deposit on the vehicle. After I already paid for the reservation. Then charged me 150$ for cancellation. Then she just hung up on me. When I told her this is a little last minute

A smoking charge was placed on my bill when the vehicle was dropped off. The person who processed my rental had pictures of burns and ashes, so there was no dispute it had at some point been smoked in. Since I haven't smoked in over 12 years, I was forwarded from the manager over to the claims manager. The claims manager was extremely friendly and agreed to remove the charge after speaking with me and reviewing the case. While the experience was not pleasant, I understand a "perfect storm" of events occurred that put me in that situation and I do not blame the staff for holding their grounds. I am very appreciative of the claims manager for giving me the benefit of a doubt. Otherwise vehicle was great, and the staff who got my rental setup was pleasant.

I have rented numerous times from budget in the last year (5) on 27th. I had nothing but praise for the staff and the quality of service I received, until now. I reserved a dodge challenger online but then I got my fastbreak card which came with a double upgrade. I called the budget on 27th and was told I COULD use the coupon on the challenger. They even went in and changed my reservation to the lower rate. I was called yesterday and was told that they would not honor that rate and they went in and changed the rate. I feel this is unfair, if an employee of my company would have given a quote/ rate we would have honored that rate, but let them know that this was a one time good deal to take care of the customer. I am still planning on picking up the car on my original date but am very unhappy that they will not stand by my original rate that their employee gave me. I guess a repeat customer is not important to budget.

I want to advise everyone looking in to Budget Rental for a vehicle rental.. Please don't make the mistake we did with this company.
Had a reservation two weeks ago, got a confirmation email last night that they are prepared. Then received a call this morning from the inventory manager saying they had to cancel.
We have had this planned since the reservation. We are moving and need to be out by June 1st. Family was driving and flying out of state to assist. Now we have no truck and rates now everywhere else is ridiculous. Budget rental really dropped the ball and costed us hundreds of dollars to work around THEIR MISTAKE! Terrible business model when people rely on these dates.
Budget rental should be held accountable.
