if i had other options, i would exercise them. the people at the front desk are rude.

the overall operation of PHC is inefficient, as in, if you need to call and visit with them, they may or may not get back to you, even in life and death situations where you have called several times.

one of the PAs or NPs, whatever she was, Chris somebody, just about killed me by refusing to refill my heart meds. seriously. she prob took 5-10 years off my life, she hurt my heart by stopping my metoprolol. after she caused me to develop afib, chf, ic, they had me start seeing the MD instead. i was happy to see him.

turns out, he is no better. i believe because i do not have insurance my health problems are not important. i understand that is the mindset of our entire health care system, but i have a slew of symptoms that point to cancer and he didn't even do any blood work. he did, however, suggest i get a colonoscopy, but the hospital will not do that for me unless i can pay in advance since i don't have insurance. anyway, Lord willing, i will find some other place some day, but for now, they refill my meds and that keeps me alive.

A good place that tires to help people without much money to all you complainers you know damn well you don't have any other options. They do the best they can. if you want to complain about healthcare complain about the system don't complain about the good people of this clinic

Staff is always goes above and beyond to help especially Michelle by dental department she is very friendly and passionate when it comes to her work and what she does.
Michelle is a great asset to people health center and decisions makers need to give her the chance to move up to management position.

No doubt about that this clinic is one of the bests I have ever been to. They have all the best facilities and they certainly have met my needs.

Poor excuse for a medical Center. They WILL NOT answer the phone, HARDLY return your calls. Care is Sub-par at best. They Cater mostly to the poor, and pretty much treat you as such. The Receptionists...Rude, Office Personnel...Rude, The Nurses...Rude, Doctors.....The worst. Found another provider, the difference is like night and day...someone actually answers the phone. Ah....Run for your LIFE from this Dump.
