This is a tough one. The Physicians Assistants are good and the receptionists are polite. But the back office staff do more harm than good. One nurse took an attitude with me and has been rude, in person and on the phone, since. Now, I'm hesitant to see my Dr because I don't want to go through that nurse. Other staff called asking me for information that I have no way of knowing. That delayed my treatment and worsened my symptoms for weeks.

Granted, after being reprimanded by the nurse, I think she 'misplaced' an important document they say they never received. They didn't follow up they said they would ON 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS and I never got a call back after "I'll call you by noon with an update on the situation".

If you're a fighter, which I am not, go for it because the Dr's are good but if you need things to run smoothly and them to acknowledge when they drop ball, you will be frustrated.

My appointments have always been on-time. The office staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The nursing staff and medical assistants are competent and always call me back in a timely manner when I call in questions for Dr. Coady.

Dr Coady has been our family doctor for eight years now. I am a registered nurse myself. If we moved away but still within driving distance, I would make the drive so we could continue receiving care from Dr Coady. If you want a family physician that actually cares about you, and remembers you from visit to visit, then I highly recommend you call and hope he is accepting new patients. I cannot say enough good things about his office. We have received good care from his physicians assistant as well.

My Father was Diagnosed with West Nile Virus and Menningtis last September.. There is a female her name is Maddie.. Has raised her voice at my dad multiple times..He is currently out of work because he can't keep his balance and he was instructed by Tanja herself that if his fever spiked that he needed to come see her.. Her office staff couldn't be bothered to make him an appointment or even try to get him in they told him it would be 7 to 10 days having 103 temps you can't mess around wifh that.. He doesn't want to go to the hospital because he spent a week last time he was there and money doesn't grow on trees.. I have also had problems with maddie being out right rude to me.. I am to the point of finding another office and reporting Maddie.. She has messed with my family she doesn't like us and that's fine but she messing with someone health that's not okay..

Nice and friendly staff, never had any troubles. Tanja Noecker is a great and very knowledgeable doctor
