You can't ask for a nicer staff. I'm always treated like a friend. I've donated at other centers and in different states, but nobody compares to Biomat in Lincoln, NE.

The staff truly makes donating enjoyable and painless. Everyone is so friendly every time I come in, which is refreshing! They are always letting you know "what's up" that month as far as promotions, process changes, keeping in touch if it's been awhile since I donated, and answering questions about how plasma is used. I feel safe and confident in their abilities because of management's expectations of proper training and practice. I personally have not experienced a reaction or bad draw/stick which I attribute to the professional expertise of the staff. Overall the atmosphere throughout the building is positive and encouraging, which is perfect since we are there to save lives!
