The staff of Bryan West is absolutely amazing! Everyone really goes above and beyond for their patients, especially the nurses. I wish I could send a couple hundred flowers as a thank you for such excellent service!

I first thought this was nice place everyone was nice but some of the personal seemed they dont care or don't make time to meet with people they are suppose to take of.
Example A veteran Needed to go to a nursing home for extra help. Instead of you all doing what was right you let him go to somewhere that is nasty and unliveable. So I guess this how you treat someone who served your country. I would never send anyone to this hospital not would I tell anyone to do so.

My girlfriend had some serious medical issues and was first seen by St. Francis in Grand Island, Mary Lanning in Hastings, and Grand Island Surgery Center. This Hospital was literally night and day different than those other places. Unbelievable staff! Nice, Considerate, Intelligent, Caring, Knowledgeable. I can't say enough abut the red carpet treatment you will receive if you come here. I will be making the hour and a half drive from home just to come to Bryan West. It takes a lot for me to be blown away by people bit I really am. Also If you need a Gastrointestinal Doctor request Doctor Roth because he is honest and knows his stuff. Thank you for the amazing work you do!!!!

I would avoid this hospital at all costs. I was admitted for a gunshot wound to the upper chest/shoulder area and was treated like it was nothing and was denied anything for the pain. Was also told that they refused to remove the bullet and it would work its way out. This caused a bad staff infection and had to have surgery to remove the infection and the bullet about a month later

They is so rude these employees is so disrespectful especially when you first come in and they tell you one thing and someone tell you another thing they need training with patients customer services rude AF
