Our regular doctor couldnt take on anymore patients...following the birth of our second child we were still having a hard time getting in anywhere...they were our hospital pedestrian and heard our dilemma and asked to take us as new patients even though they weren't taking new patients at this time! So the few of you giving bad reviews need to grow up and realize that everyone is human and we ALL make mistakes!

I was kept waiting for 45 minutes. With 2 small children that is a long time. When I make an appointment for a set time, I expect to be seen at that time. I guarantee if I showed up 45 minutes late for my appointment I would be turned away. If they were too busy to see me that day, they should reschedule my appointment instead of having me wait 45 minutes. What a waste of my day.

2016 - I believe they deliberately hid additional fees or made a mistake ordering unneeded tests they were not willing to admit. Either way I will be seeking another provider. We are new to the area and took our son in for 'pre-enrollment physical' and get any lacking immunizations so he could start preschool. Very specific. They have a set fee for that, or so we were told. They failed to disclose additional charges and failed to provide all the immunizations necessary. On top of that they changed the static visit charge after we paid at the time of visit and billed us for the difference. It gets better: As we are new to this area and were unfamiliar with the LPS requirements, which they should be, our son was kicked out of preschool several months in due to the lack of immunizations. Granted not entirely their fault, (LPS should have reviewed the form properly and noticed it sooner) but it's one more telltale sign of problematic processes in their operation.
