I switched from Walgreens to CVS because it seemed like my father always had issues with insurance going through at Walgreens. However in the 35 years my father has been handicapped we have never had a pharmacy not give him a prescription we paid for. My father suffers from diabetic neuropathy, it is extremely painful and from how he describes it, it is like his legs are being ran through a wood chipper. We picked up 5 prescriptions for him, and 3 for my brother. We signed like they tell us too and ring everything up. Of all prescriptions he doesn't get his hydrocodone he needs for his pain. They give us the paper but no bottle in the bag. They decline all accusations but here's the deal. The man suffered for an entire month because he couldn't get his insurance to pay for it again. A screw up the pharmacy caused and he had to suffer because of it. I am absolutely appalled by the way this pharmacy runs and as a firefighter I would never recommend any of my patients to go to this pharmacy. There are a few nice employees that do there best but the rest seem way to worried about the way a medication is prescribed and spend more time acting like the doctor than the pharmacist! Overall every other pharmacy in Lincoln has never stolen a prescription from my father. I do plan on having the DEA investigating further.

Very rude pharmacist. Refused to answer our questions about a prescription they wouldn't fill. I will not be using CVS pharmacy again due to my experiences. Went to Walgreens where they were much more helpful in understanding the problem and finding a solution.

Worst place to shop out. Very rude employees. No one ever smiles. They act like they hate their jobs. There's never enough cashiers. If you use coupons they treat you like a criminal and an inconvenience. The store manager is very rude and judge mental when you have questions about deals in the ad. Their customer service at the call center is very nice and friendly though.

Always so nice and helpful at the pharmacy. I get in and out quick and can request prescriptions refills by text! They send a text back as soon as it's ready for pick up. :)
