This is by far the best pharmacy and staff in town. Derek in particular is a superstar. Always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I can see why this place has so many negative reviews.
After the pharmacy I used went out of business (National Pharmacy) we transferred our prescriptions to this pharmacy and have had nothing but problems since.
They don't even deserve one star but that's the lowest I could get them.
The counter person was very rude and told me that they are a very busy pharmacy and if I didn't like it I could transfer my prescriptions elsewhere !!??
That's what I'm going to do!!
I guess that they have enough business that they don't even care about customer service

Horrible customer service it's like they don't even listen to what you are telling them. They delivered my prescriptions to the wrong address three times. Each time I called to correct the address and every time I called back to confirm they still had the incorrect address on system. I requested my prescriptions be mailed and after waiting 5 days and speaking to four different people I found out the prescriptions had been filled the first day I called, but not mailed out yet because "the mailing system was down". I've transferred to a different pharmacy, this has gotten ridiculous.

Worse pharmacy I have ever walked in to. Waiting on meds for my sick daughter since Friday. It's Monday night and they still don't have the med. Poor customer service. The place along with the help is a joke. Both times, friday and Saturday while I was in there all I heard were people complaining about they were given wrong med, short on order or have been waiting for days for their meds. Can't believe this place is allowed to be open

Warning! To anyone that is elderly, or forgetful. Please check your account balance for multiple charges from this pharmacy! Just had a family member go through hell with these guys. First they will give you an incorrect amount on any of your prescriptions, then in order to calm you down, they will claim to have sent them. They never do, easily confirmed over the phone. They don't keep track of their own lies very well. The worst offense however is that the company likes to make multiple charges, when you use a credit/debit card with them. Likely to skim a little profit off the top, since you wouldn't notice it unless you were had someone to alert you. Please if you have loved ones or good friends, steer them away from this place. Its only a matter of time before they become a story in the news paper.
