We were in Lincoln for a Martial Arts Tournament. We always like to have dinner together after. There was 25 of us all together. This is often hard to accommodate on a Saturday. We called around noon and spoke to Caitlin. She reassured us that although they don't take reservations that they would accommodate us if we knew about what time we would arrive. We arrived on time and they had tables ready for our group. Our server Taylor was great! She was polite, patient and managed our group efficiently. Our drinks, appetizers and dinner were all served in an appropriate amount of time. We several families that were split up among our tables and she had no problem managing our checks when it is was time to leave. We enjoyed our service at this location and we will be sure to return here for great service the next time we are in town!! We will be sure to ask for Taylor again!

The dinner food was delicious but we didn't like the BBQ salmon. Prices were affordable and great. The servant didn't show enthusiasm in helping us.

My fiance and I visited this restaurant to get a quick bite to eat in a casual setting. We were seated quickly and our server met us in a fair amount of time. She was very pleasant and relaxed. We ordered the 2 for 25 meal deal and my fiance tried the four cheese mac with honey pepper chicken tenders. When the food arrived, her plate looked unpleasant, with the macaroni sitting in a pool of the honey pepper sauce, which we assumed from the menu would only be on the chicken. After trying a bite of the food, both her and I agreed that the taste was unpleasant due to the amount of sauce on the pasta and the lack of cheese on the macaroni. When asked by the server how the food was, we explained our displeasure with the dish and asked if it would be possible to see a menu to choose a different item to order. She understood and brought us a menu. We decided that we did not want to order anything so we asked if it would be possible to get a refund on the macaroni and she sent her manager over. His demeanor was condescending and he seemed to act as if we had inconvenienced him or done something wrong by asking to speak with him. When we pleasantly explained the problem, he scoffed at us and said "it was written on the menu" before leaving to take it off our ticket. We were very upset and embarrassed by him and so we asked the server for the ticket so we could pay and leave. The manager needs retraining in customer relations. I am not sure what was worse: the food, or this manager. Regardless, we will not be returning.

I always have a good time when I come here, the servers are always fantastic to me and whenever I come with friends they serve us all to the best of their abilities, which they do great even when there's a lot of us. I still need to try more of their drinks but I've enjoyed their food for years, in the restaurant and for carry out.

The service was outstanding and pleasant and the food is reasonably priced and very good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place to friends and colleagues.
