The food offered here is terrible and way overpriced. The place was a mess, garbage and left over food on the floor. The food preparation area was also questionable. You're better off eating at McDonald's and that not saying much.

We call in orders over the phone here because they take forever to get our food to us and I have 3 kids, two of them aged 2 and under. Today I tried to order food again and they told me we can no longer order food ahead of time unless we pay by card and give them all of my card information over the phone.
For one with the amount of card information theft/fraud going on - absolutely not. Second of all I am not standing and waiting for 30 minutes for them to prepare my food when I am not eating in their establishment. They are claiming someone ripped them off for ice cream and this incident is why they won't prepare anyones order prior to pick up for convenience.
Hope one loss of an ice cream order is worth losing your other customers because I will not be eating there again and the 50 I spend on all of us will be spent at another establishment.
Very disappointed.
*correction* if you spend a small amount of money $10 or less you can order ahead of time and have this as an option. If you spend good money in their restaurant you don't get this option. Funny how that works. Screw the folks who spend the most money there. But they offer this convenience to those who spend next to nothing. What a joke!

Extremely over priced... my fiance and I came in while staying at a hotel nearby, we were the only people in the food court outside of the two other people that were already sitting down and eating. I ordered a sub sandwich from Big Ten subs and she ordered a mail from the Chinese food restaurant. After she already been served her food I found my bread still sitting on the counter open and ask somebody if they knew how much longer it would be. The guy said I don't know and just walked away. Finally after watching the two girls ATTEMPTING to make my sandwich and fighting the whole time, they called me to the counter to tell me my sandwich was ready. 15 min later!! Way to many things wrong with this establishment to ever return. Not enough people here and they're to busy digging over responsibilities to make one (1) Sandwich. Multiple people, 3 people, left just because they were standing at the counter to order and even though the girl was standing at the counter she would not even address them. Would've been convenient, but definitely needs work. Will not be returning. Guy in coffee shop is still just standing behind counter on phone not helping ANYONE!!

Super friendly and prompt service. Food was delicious and hot. Owners approached us to make sure we were happy with our service and chatted with us awhile. The Baskin Robbins had just run out of Rocky Road in the main display, but the gal tending the counter pulled out a hand packed quart and got me some when I mentioned I was disappointed to miss it. Great service.

This is the perfect little food plaza! Extremely clean with an open and friendly atmosphere! Pretty spacious on the inside and the ice cream at Baskin Robbins is amazing. The new owner greeted us as we were leaving and gave us a coupon for next time! We will definitely be returning. :)
