It's hard to find a burger place that makes a vegetarian happy, but Honest Abe's does! Their black bean burger is delicious and goes well with any of the creative toppings. Plus the truffle fries are amazing!

I was told by multiple people that this place is the best. I was really excited to come here with my boyfriend, but our experience was less than lackluster. To start, the charge you $1.75 for cutting a burger in half. Really? It's so laborious to take a knife and cut it in half that you need to be compensated extra for that time? Utterly ridiculous. Next we ordered truffle fries and they gave us freedom fries, they forgot our milkshake, and the burger patty was like styrofoam. I only gave them 2 stars because they're Abe's sauce is bomb and the milkshake was really tasty. That's their only saving grace though.

This place is all boots, no cattle. We asked for the Parmesan Truffle Fries and received the “Freedom Fries”, which had no flavor except when dipped in their Abe’s sauce (which was pretty good). I shared a burger with my girlfriend and we requested that they cut it in half, a simple request. They charged us $1.75 to cut in half and did not mention the charge, leaving us surprised to see it on the receipt. We ordered the Fireside burger, which sounds good on paper but turned out to lack flavor. The burger came well done and hard to chew— they never asked how we’d like it (we prefer medium). We ordered a shake which did not arrive with our food. I had to go up to the counter to ask for it. Then when the server brought it out he asked “Do you guys still want that shake?” Well, uh, DUH! We paid five dollars for it, of course we want the darn shake. We will not be coming here again. Hop Cat is much, much better than this awful restaurant.

I like my burger rare. They didn't ask. It was served well done. Pretty pricey for what you get. 2 burgers, 1 fry, 1 malt was $30 with tip. Not that impressed. Nice girl at the register though.

This place is awesome. I hadn't visited (as I'm from Colorado) since they have moved into a larger location. I came in right at lunch time, must have beaten the rush, didn't wait to order, and my burger was just as tasty as I remembered. I always try to go here when I visit my family. Top notch! Would be nice if they brewed some tea to have instead of just fountain drinks though.
