Food was good and hot. We were served quickly and the cashier was friendly. Also had weird requests for food and they executed our order. I would go back.

Poorest service ever. I was told a 3 minute wait. I gave them 10 and was coming back to get my money back. All in all it took 13 minutes and all she could say was sorry. And to top it off food was cold and they got my order wrong. Sorry Popeyes won't be back!

Ordered food through drive through yesterday. Wanted to try their new cheddar biscuit shrimp. My boyfriend got tenders. Service was pretty quick, we took it home about 5 minutes away. Talk about disappointment. Both of our food was cold and tasted like it had just been sitting out for hours. Fries were uneatable, like they had been microwaved, and we all know that's a horrid taste. The shrimp had decent flavor when dipped in their sauces. But it was rubbery. We only managed a few bites before both throwing it all away, $20 down the drain. Not to mention we both felt sick the rest of the day. Total bummer. I used to love Popeyes. Hopefully it was just a bad day for them but I don't think I'll be back.

I USED to eat here once or twice a month, just left there for the last time. Stood in line for 5 minutes to have my order placed and nobody showed up. When fresh everything I've had there is fantastic, when cold it loses all of its kick. Too bad, love the food there. Oh well, lots of other fast food places less than a mile away.
