Went to get my twin boy cats groomed. I explained I wanted a shaggy lion cut a lion cut that did not have the rear end shaved as winter is here. Simple enough. I thought. 6 hours later I picked up 2 cats with 2" hair from head to tail. As anyone would do I called to complain. Was told that the groomer had left for the day and there was nothing that could be done upset and deterred I had their groomer call me the next morning. (Mistake) I answered and was immediately in the middle of an argument about how they aren't mind readers, I had miscommunicated my wants, they had different instructions from other parties, etc. Basically I was wrong and they weren't going to fix the cats. Which would have been ok I guess. Messed up but whatever I'll live. Upset, and still being yelled at about my faults in describing accurately enough to a 23yr veteran cat groomer what I wanted. Yeah I dropped the f bomb a few times. Who wouldn't when the business they just handed 100$ didn't do what they were told and then said it was my fault that they were inept at the business they run. Never in my life have I been so enraged by the prideful audacity of another person

The people here are always very friendly and helpful. They answer whatever questions I have and try to help me find solutions to help my pet. They are great!

Had a pretty good experience with this vet office. Dropped my dog off in the morning and picked him up in the evening for a haircut and routine shots. Staff seemed nice. I wasn't wanting to pay quite as much for everything, but it was in the range of everyone else in town. Big + was that they were able to get me scheduled within the week I wanted, where most other places were wanting like 3 weeks+ for an appt.
