Very friendly and really like Dr. Kolterman, she has always been caring and great with our dog. The girls at the front desk are always super nice too!

We brought our daughter's kitten, who had just turned one, into Clocktower after he broke his leg. They walked us through the various treatment options, advised us on what they thought was best, and then manually reset the bone and caste it. They even kept him overnight for us an extra night for free because my wife had just given birth and they knew our lives were pretty hectic, even without having a cat with a broken leg.

They took the caste off about four weeks after the injury. We're now almost six weeks out from it and he is getting around almost as well as he did before. Given that we were worried about having to amputate when the injury happened, we are very thankful for how well he is doing and for the care he received from Clocktower.

This office cares about pets and their humans! They are great, even if they are busy they still get us in and out. If there is a real concern and you need to drop off your pet and be at work, the Drs. keep you well updated and questions answered about what is going on with your pet.

We just had the most unprofessional, unpleasant experience at this clinic. We had an appointment at 11:15 for vaccinations for my dog. Showed up at 11:05 to a waiting room full of clients, some with cats, which make my dog extremely agitated. When it became clear that they were not running on time (not that the staff told us anything--I found out they were missing appointments from clients waiting), I took my dog outside to try to calm her, to no avail. Staff did not care that my dog was panting and drooling and they were more than 45 minutes behind. No offer of water or anything. Finally at noon they called in a dog whose appointment was AFTER mine. When I piped up and said my dog had an 11:15 the vet was snarky and said that the other dog would be fast and shut the door in my face. Vaccinations take less than a minute! Complete lack of communication and caring at this clinic. We're done.

The doctors at Clock Tower Animal Clinic are capable & dependable. Wonderful bedside manners, compassionate and patient. Dr. Koltermann & Dr. Schlenker were able to take care of my puppy in an emergency situation. Lucy is healthy & happy now because of their expertise in treating her in a horrible situation. Highly recommend you have your pet treated here!
