I had the hardest time trying to rent a car. I called & made reservations, got all of the info required & was told to get more. I already had sufficient documents. Then I was given a rental with mechanical issues, that they previously knew about! I was afraid to drive back home because of the issues I was having with the car, but couldn't resolve the issue because they were closed.. I was also charged 2 forced to pay for two extra days, due to the holiday & would've had to pay an extra $50 to turn the car in early at a different location... this was my worst experience with Enterprise!!!

Nice staff, though they won't pick you up outside of 5 miles, and I didn't have a selection of car, you get what they give you.

My mother tried to rent a car after being in a car accident. This company finally called her at 5pm to let her know they had something available. My mom had to look for a ride to get the vehicle. When she found a ride she called back. The man on the other end was very rude to her and told her they close at 6pm. 10 min. The first person that called her at 5 pm did not mention it. The agent said :well I'm telling you now". As my mom continued to tell him it was urgent she get a car tonight because my dad had an appt at the hospital in the morning. He put on hold until they closed. Is that how Enterprise treats their customers?
