I called to get an appointment, the receptionist didn't even offer to make one. She said the doctor was booked for two weeks. My okay, was greeted with thanks for calling bye bye, and click. It was a most disappointing experience. Unfortunate the reviews looked like he was a good dentist, too bad his staff are sending off customers.

Very nice staff and professional. I remember nothing about having my tooth pulled or about the work that was done in my mouth. I required to be asleep for four hours, but it seemed like two minutes. Did not even feel the iv if you are worried about that. Dr. Windham called to check on me that evening. I drove two hours for this kind of service and boy was it worth it! Medicine needed and prescriptions were given to me prior to my appointment. This way I didn't have to worry about going to the pharmacy the day of my procedure. The medicine helped calm any nerves and helped me get a good nights sleep the night before. I was hurting a bit longer than I thought I should have, so I called to see why I was still having some discomfort.. Lynn talked to Dr. Windham and they new exctally what was wrong and gave me the medicine I needed for inflamation. That did the trick. I am telling all my friends about Dr. Tracy and his staff. I don't remember much about Dr. Windham (sorry) cause I was out, but Mitch and Cameron were the BEST!! Thanks to Amy and Lynn as well.

Dr. Windham and his staff are a phenomenal team! Could not have asked for a better dental experience. I have a very low pain tolerance and Dr. Windham and staff were very understanding. The staff are all very kind, professional and compassionate and my teeth and mouth are healhy and look better than ever! I would recommend Dr. Windham and his team to anyone!

First of all, I was a high fear patient. I used to clasp my hands while having a simple cleaning until my fingers were blue! I have finally found a practice that I actually don't dread going to. As soon as you walk in your greeted by an amazing front office and offered a fancy latte and a welcoming smile from the staff, like you have been their "friend" forever, not just another patient. My hygienist has taken the time to educate me and make me feel extremely comfortable. She explains everything to me prior to experiencing it. She educated me about the value of my cleaning appointments and maintaining good habits at home. Dr. Windham is absolutely amazing and I would refer him to everyone I know to him. He is knowledgeable, calm, and conservative with his treatment plans. He has an amazing staff that makes you feel like you’re their #1 Patient. This is truly a boutique dental service. They take care of everything for you.
