Dr Cooper is my wife's primary, she is diabetic, Sunday she was bit by a spider, she called in Monday to get an appointment, she never got a call back from the nurse she talked to, or dr cooper, she called everyday this week and same thing, today is Thursday, this is ridiculous and completely unacceptable, this is neglect and in direct conflict of his oath to do no harm, I have no idea where the break down in communication in his office is, but this is a piss poor example of patient care. If any of his staff are reading this I hope the ones involved get fired, you lazy worthless people are going to get someone hurt and the office sued if you continue with this behaviour.

I've been going to Dr Cooper for several years. He is an awesome man.. He has referred me to other great Doctors, for various specialized procedures. He is very kind, compassionate and down to earth.

Dr. Cooper is a really good doctor. He has good bedside manor, takes time to listed and is generally on time. I tried 5 different doctors in Little Rock before I found one worth having.
