Wonderful doctor who knows her stuff! No nonsense and understanding...she and the staff have been keeping my children alive and live for 15 years!

Service they provide here is horrible! My first appointment was scheduled I made it 15 mins prior to sign in and fill out all necessary paperwork. I was the only one in the waiting area when I arrived with my son for his three year old check up. After 10 mins of waiting another family came in and they were seen right away. We continued to wait for another 25 mins until we were called back into the room. The room we were put is the floors looked liked they had never been mopped and I didn't want my son to not even touch the examination table. No professional doctors office should look like this under any circumstance. After the Dr Williams came to access my child she said that he would prescribe some medication to help with his allergies to our pharmacy we use. I went to the pharmacy that following day and they never received the prescription but recommended something that will be just as good over the counter. Never heard back from them! Fast forward a couple of weeks later I need a letter from them stating that his daycare could administer Benadryl to him if he were to get bit by a mosquito or bug because he has really bad reactions if her were to get bit while playing outdoors with complete swelling around his face and eyes will completely swell shut if bitten near the eye area. Dropped it off on a Monday and was going to wait for them to do it. Yet again not a single sole in the lobby and the doctor was standing right behind the glass and they said there is no telling how long it would take and didn't want me to wait so I asked if they could email it to me and gave her all my information including telephone number incase they had any questions. Thursday rolls around and I still had not received it because they never sent it to my email like they said they would. I requested they fax it and when I finally received the paperwork it didn't have the necessary documentation needed. This office and the office staff is HORRIBLE and I will not be taking my son back there and will never recommend them to anyone! JUST HORRIBLE ALL AROUND!!!!!! I can not express how disgusted I am with the whole experience.

I've gone to Dr. Laura Williams when I was a child and now my son goes to her. She is great and so is their office!!!

The staff is great here and Dr. Williams takes the time to talk with my son and make sure he understands everything and encourages him to ask questions and learn about his health. A wonderful place with caring people.
