I enjoyed the class I took here and feel that it will be helpful when I take my exam to obtain my license. I thought the RN's (instructors) who taught my classes were more than qualified and excellent teachers. I felt thoroughly prepared for each of the tests I have taken in class. The RN's go above and beyond what is required in their job description to accommodate their student's needs. However, the administration does not appreciate nor accommodate their employees. This is very disappointing. They fail to support their employees; or go to bat for them. They fail to provide benefits; even for long term full time employees. They chastise their employees like children, sometimes in front of students, and oftentimes it's for things that are outside of the instructors control. It's sad to see the RN's work so hard for the company only to not be backed by their employers. Medlinc's failure to do so comes across as unprofessional. Though I would recommend attending their classes if you are looking to become a CNA, I would not recommend working here, especially full time.

They are very unprofessional and unorganized they have been lying about their recruiter being in the hospital or being sick since December instead of just saying they don't have one and keep giving ppl the run around. Bad business 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Wonderful place with terrific staff!!!! the entire place is run by the Velez family and it's the only Joint Commission certified CNA school in the state of Arkansas! There is funding offered by AR Workforce, AR Rehabilitation Services, and a myriad of others. The classes are 2 / 4 weeks and they guarantee job placement through the connected medical staffing agency after completion of the course & fulfillment of your CNA certification. So glad I attended :) Love you Ms. Julie, Ms. Rebecca, Ms. Melanie, and my instructor, Ms. Sarah!!!!

I spoke with a recruiter and she sounded very interested in working together, but when I called and emailed her the next day and the day after that, she never returned my emails and calls. Very disappointed, it could've been a long term business opportunity for both of us.
