I am a new patient. While I absolutely adore my doctor (dr. Barber) they office staff is horrible in the ultrasound waiting room. If they tell you to arrive at 8:30 am which is when they open, NO ONE IS EVER AT THEIR DESK! So you end up waiting an additional 45 min to even see a persons face! It makes absolutely no sense that no one is ever at the window! If the office opens at 8:30 then the staff should be available at that time. Even if it is just to Acknowledge your patients!

Dr Cockrum is wonderful!! I love the way she listens, treats me like family and overall is a beautiful person to have as my OB/Gyn. She has delivered my last 3 babies. She always made sure I was at comfort and never minded answering all my questions. She has great bedside manners and has a big smile that always helped me feel a lot calmer. Never tore or ripped out of all 3 babies. She is awesome when it came time to deliver. She always made sure she could be around my delivery dates. And never forced me to do anything I didn't feel comfortable doing. I Highly recommend her to anyone!! 5+ star rating!!!

The people who schedule the appointments over the phone are generally snarky. They don't update patient portal regularly so busy people can check results online. They don't openly offer payment plans for people with low income/no insurance. Not awesome.

My first time coming to this place. Dr Cockrum is my OB and met her & her staff for the first time. First impression are important. I'm always skeptical about new doctors but I felt comfortable. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. Staff was thorough with the process and I felt they understood my concerns. Met Dr Cockrum and off the bat I liked her. Very homey feeling. So far so good. Hoping to have a smooth OB and delivery this year.

Dr. Case attended my last pregnancy & delivered my daughter almost 3 years ago. I was only 16 at the time & she was very caring and helpful with all of my many questions. Now, pregnant with baby #2, still seeing Dr. Case. She is absolutely the best! Glad to have found a doctor who is as caring and attentive as her. Also answers any questions in a way easily understandable. Very informative at all of my visits, explains what certain tests are for & why they are needed. Her treating people like patients instead of just time slots is great!
