Can’t get a call back from a nurse to save my life. Not a very personal touch. The Cabot clinic is so much better.

THIS IS A WONDERFUL CLINIC. THE STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY GREAT! THEY ALWAYS DO THEIR BEST TO HELP AT ALL TIMES! THE DOCTORS ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!

All of my children have seen the doctors at The Pediatric Clinic. I have always been greeted at the front by a professional worker with a smile. The same goes for the nurses as well as the doctors. There is only one doctor there that I don't care for, so I make sure that I never schedule an appointment with him. They have several doctors as well as some nurse practitioners so that is never an issue.

I have came to this clinic since I was a child. Up in till this year I have had excellent experience. Three times this year we have tried to get our sick child into this clinic only to be told we have no appointments and to go to the emergency room. That is 200 dollars a visit. The doctors are great the staff sucks. You get sent to the administrator only to leave a message and never get called back.

I love this clinic! The front desk staff are great! My son has been to this clinic a few times and the doctor that saw him were very informative and answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. The clinic is very nice and the nurses are great also! They get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Dr. Battles is awesome!
