I have been going to Regeneration for a couple of years on the recommendation of a friend. I found the owner, Kathleen, to be the most knowledgeable and competent professional I have ever dealt with as a trainer.

She is not only extremely knowledgeable, but she also cares about her clients and genuinely has an interest in assisting them to reach their goals. I am 64 years old, and she has helped me become more fit and flexible. I have had a couple of physical problems that have been greatly helped by her.

Her facility is excellent, well equipped, and comfortable. Also, parking is always available on a side street, just a few feet from the front door.

Highly recommended.

Regeneration Fitness Studio is located in Argenta, just over the bridge from the River Market. The training area offers free weights, resistance training equipment, and cardiovascular equipment. Fitness training, rehabilitation services, and private instruction in Yoga and Pilates are by appointment only. Group exercise classes including Yoga, Yogalates, and Pilates are also offered. Mats and props are provided. The studio is light and spacious and conveniently located. A massage/therapy room is currently under construction.
