I have used this bank on numerous occasions. They have always done a great job for me. They also have someone who can do medallion signatures for stock transfer, something I've found hard to find in the other banks. Plus, they are always friendly and personable.

I get great service from Simmons First, the tellers at the Motor Bank on Broadway are great and Anastasia Blaylock takes good care of me also. And I love their free checking as well, I have 1 personal and 2 business accounts with them as well as a couple of business loans, they are a truly a full service bank!!

They charged me too for "returned mail" which is absurd because I haven't moved AND I was receiving my statements through the mail. But even if my mail was indeed being returned, why charge a fee for it?! I've heard of some pretty ridiculous fees before, but this one takes the cake.

And no, they won't call and tell you the mail is being "returned" because they don't care. Call them and demand a refund. They need to be prosecuted!

Simmons back has been debiting my account for the entire time I've been with them because for some reason they claim my mail is being returned. All mail from Metropolitan bank arrived but I have not received anything from Simmons other than my debit card.
Since all mail was "returned" I didn't know I had overdraft protection that charged me $30 for each transaction. Metropolitan never did this
My only income is $733 a month and these greedy SOBs are taking over $100 of it.
They have my email and phone number but never tried to find out why I wasn't getting mail from them. Everything else gets to me...what is it with Simmons?
I think I'll call the media. Maybe they can get to the bottom of it...
