My wife and i called ahead to see if it was a wait and whomever picked up the phone said no. We arrived proceed to ask bout being setting. We were told it would be a hour later than what we originally told. The person we talked to wouldn’t even come and speak to and confirm that she had made a mistake.
I then ask to speak to the manager who says oh we had a concert tonight and we are at capacity right now and you won’t be able to be seated for another hour. My wife begins to question the Manager about why we would told that and the managers says i don’t know and proceeds to move to the people behind us. The Manager was very short and rude with my wife. I will never return to this location again they didn’t try to accommodate us just told
Us we were out of luck and helped the next person. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone and i will Be sharing this with all of my family, friends and my social media to let them know about the non service we received here.

I happen to love Benihana and this is my favorite restaurant. I'm a frequent customer and every state that I go to I make sure that I stop by Benihana if they are present in the state I visit.

I love Benihana because of the food and the experience. In my experiences no matter what state I visit I get the same experience and great food. Today I visited the location in downtown Little Rock and this simply was not the case. The showmanship and the way the food was prepared was just not what I'm used to and I have been a customer for 15 years. When I asked the manager about it he explained that this location was privately owned and so this is why there are differences. That is good to know and I feel that this is something that should be openly stated so that as a customer I can make an informed decision as to whether I want a corporate location or a privately owned location because there is quite a bit of a difference.

My family and I went during lunch. We were seated within 5 minutes and served within 20. Our host, David was very attentive and pleasant. Chef An was personable & the food was spectacular. Benihana's is an amazing environment whether you're going for a romantic date, lunch with friends/co-workers, or a nice family meal.

Really great meal start to finish. Andrew was superb. He was a real showman and he helped us figure out what to order for my cousin's 12 year old son. Such a great experience from start to finish. Will definitely be back. BTW I really recommend the Colossal Shrimp hibachi

Great experience and meal, we were seated immediately, the service was excellent, the chef was hilarious and talented, the food ( beef julienne and shrimp lunch duet) was AMAZING! Some would say that $13 for a meal would be expensive but you're also paying for the experience (and you get a mountain of fried rice). Only downside that I saw was the bowl for ginger sauce(also really good) wasn't big enough but you can get free refills. All in all, couldn't of had a better time! I would recommend this to anyone and everyone in central Arkansas.
