Food was good it was over $2.50 to substitute my pancakes. Coffee was almost $3. I know its bottomless but seems high to me. Total bill before tip $16.80 for 1 person for a combo and coffee.

My sister and I went to this IHOP and our experience was horrible. It took our waiter 20 minutes to take our drink order and we decided to order our food as well. My sister received the wrong drink by the way. Our waiter never kept us updated or returned to our table. Needless to say, we waited almost an hour and didn’t receive our food!! The workers were either texting or in the back for long periods of time. We ended up leaving very unsatisfied. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Don’t waste your time!!!

The new redesign is awesome looking. The waiter was very attentative and prompt. The Philly cheessteak was fantastic.
The music in the bathroom was great. I didn't know whether to dance or not!!
I would definitely eat here again.

New store is awesome. Servers here rock. Food is hot and made exactly as ordered. I see a lot of complaints here. Mostly whining about speed. Apparently people are having a hard time understanding the difference between a sit down restaurant and fast food. When you are in an establishment as busy as this one, your speed will naturally trail off a bit. That being said, the speed here is well above average.
