The staff is responsive and friendly, and they keep the store very clean. The time of the evening I'm usually here, the restaurant is generally pretty uncrowded, so there is usually only one or two employees behind the counter taking care of the orders. But they get to you and give your order personal attention.
Like all Panera Bread locations I've tried, the food is consistently good. They have dairy-free smoothies and other concessions to varying food preferences. Not a place to go if you're avoiding wheat.

Chain restaurant, uneven bybsite, but this one is quite good. For the chain, above average service. If you've never tried one, the cinnamon crunch bagel has much to do with the popularity.

The best thing about this store is its location, situated right in the middle of the newly developed Midtown. This is a walkable area full of restaurants and businesses, including a Target.
Other than its location, it is a Panera Bread, just like the rest of them. The staff was not unfriendly, the store was not unclean, the food was as described. Worth a visit if you are in a mood for Panera.
