I was excited about trying this place due to the good reviews. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The ambience that people have spoke of is basically just dim lighting, which I enjoy, but that is the extent of the ambience. Each pedicure chair has a light hanging down in front of it. I was seated in one of the two chairs that had a much brighter light than the others. I left my sunglasses on it was so bright. The person that did my pedicure barely cut my nails and they were not even. Other than that it was just okay. Especially considering I spent $40 for the pedicure alone. I paid $10 more for the "luxury" pedicure which was basically $10 extra for paraffin in a flimsy plastic bag that I was just handed. I got just a regular manicure that was already chipping by the end of the day. Also the nail polish is not smooth on my nails, even though the person applied one coat only. I ended up spending close to $70 after the tip. Very disappointed. Will not return or recommend to others.

I have NEVER had a bad experience at this salon. I have a regular tech (O'dily) but I've received services from two of the other ladies and I still left smiling so hard my cheeks hurt. They have always done exactly what I've asked and they have shown dynamic customer service since day one. I was soooo happy to find this nail salon after moving here and having a bad experience.

So friendly. Super clean. Seriously one of the best pedicures I've ever experienced and the price was amazing for the services of received. I will definitely be returning and bringing friends!
