Vets are not cheap. Vets are not miracle workers. Animals cannot tell us what is wrong when they are hurting. Dr. Mary Emerick has been so amazing and patient with all of our pet (we have 6!!!!) and I will continue to take my babies there as long as we live here! The techs are amazing and I have had amazing customer service here. If you believe your pet is having an emergency, speak up. I did, and my beautiful babies were taken care of as quickly as possible and with amazing care. Number one vet in NLR, hands down!

Very friendly loving Doctor and Staff will recommend to everyone who has pets. They've done a wonderful job with our Miniature Husky Mix dog. Thank you and your staff for the job you've all done to help our dog.

Looking into how to file a complaint against their license. My dog had all the sign of a stroke in their waiting room this morning and they were more concerned with ringing up people for flea meds (who came in one after another after we got there) than letting anyone know there was an emergency. We, then, waited for entirely too long- only to see the vet having a jovial personal conversation with her tech through a back room door. Had to leave to take her to the emergency animal hospital. The animal hospital's (AMAZING) staff didn't seem surprised when they found out where we'd been.

Had my chiweenie in on Friday. They gave him pills that were too strong and caused him to not be able to use his back legs. Fiance called about it and sthey aid they'd switch the pills and call back and tell him how much. He had to call again and Erica said she called before they close at noon. It's now 130 and he's in pain and still can't use his back legs. He's being treated for a kidney infection but said this morning if it's worse to take him somewhere else? If they could accurately diagnose him since he was taken in for a seizure we wouldn't be trying to comfort him without medication we paid for. Extremely disappointed in the customer service.
